The tubular embryo undergoes a sophisticated coating process with silicone rubber, followed by a vulcanization treatment in the drying channel, enhancing its resilience and protective capabilities.
Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft elasticity across a temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, ensuring that even when the silicone burns, the fiberglass continues to offer protection.
Our versatile fire sleeves are ideal for high-temperature applications across various industries, including ironworks, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Use them for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large infrastructure, hydraulic equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust ducts.
