Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeve utilizes premium-quality alkali-free glass fiber paired with robust silicone rubber to deliver unmatched durability and protection. Our alkali-free glass fiber is expertly combined into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, then meticulously woven into a seamless tubular form via an intricate 8-shaped track, ensuring impeccable uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular form is then skillfully coated with high-grade silicone rubber within the coating cylinder, before undergoing a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel.

Available in four stunning colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, and withstands temperatures up to 1600ºC for brief intervals. Remarkably, the fiberglass component remains intact even when the silicone is exposed to extreme heat.

Ideal for deployment in demanding environments such as smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors, these sleeves protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM
Colors available include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with bespoke color options available upon request.
