Our fire sleeve is meticulously engineered using high-quality, alkali-free glass fiber and premium silicone rubber, providing unparalleled fire insulation. Employing cutting-edge sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly combined into robust strands. These are then woven into a circular tubular embryo tube using a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing exceptional uniformity and structural integrity.

The expertly crafted embryo tube undergoes a thorough coating process with silicone rubber in our state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process through the drying channel, ensuring superior performance.

Available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve retains its soft elastic properties at temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. It withstands 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, when the silicone rubber burns at high temperatures, the fiberglass remains resilient.

Our versatile products are indispensable in high-temperature industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. They protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large constructions, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
