This alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously formed into strands through an advanced sand mixing process, resulting in an unparalleled uniformity and robust structure when woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This innovative design ensures the utmost integrity and strength. The embryo tube is then expertly coated with silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a careful vulcanization process through a drying channel. This meticulous method allows the sleeve to maintain its soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range, from a chilling -65℃ to a scorching 260℃. Remarkably, it withstands temperatures up to 1600℃ for durations of 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform, offering unmatched protection. Our versatile product is ideal for application in high-temperature environments such as iron and steel industries, smelting operations, marine vessels, and chemical sectors.
