Crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber and resilient silicone rubber, our fire sleeve ensures top-tier fire resistance and durability. Employing advanced sand mixing technology, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly woven into a robust circular tubular structure via a precision-engineered 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular fiber base is seamlessly coated with silicone rubber using our state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in the drying channel, solidifying its resilience and longevity.

Available in stunning rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve retains its soft elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands intense heat up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds, with fiberglass remaining functional even if the silicone rubber undergoes thermal degradation.

Perfectly suited for demanding environments, these sleeves excel in applications across iron, smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They are ideal for securing cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator components, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive wiring, and exhaust pipes.
