Product Description
These exceptional fire sleeves are expertly constructed from premium alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring top-tier quality and performance. Our alkali-free glass fiber undergoes meticulous processing, where strands are skillfully braided using advanced sand mixing equipment. The tight 8-shaped track weaving results in a uniform and robust circular tubular structure.

The woven tube is elegantly coated with a high-grade silicone rubber using a precision coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in the drying channel.

Available in stunning hues like rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, these fire sleeves retain their soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they can withstand intense heat of up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds, with fiberglass maintaining integrity even when the silicone rubber is compromised.

These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments in industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical. Perfect for applications including cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, major construction projects, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
