Introducing our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves, designed to shield against high temperatures. These silicone fiberglass sleeves are crafted for superior protection, ensuring optimal safety in extreme conditions.

Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously constructed using premium-grade, alkali-free glass fiber fused with durable silicone rubber, offering an unparalleled level of heat resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber is ingeniously transformed into strands through meticulous sand mixing, and expertly woven into a perfectly circular tubular embryo using a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniform weaving and robust structural integrity.

The carefully crafted embryo tube is meticulously coated with high-quality silicone rubber in a coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in a specialized drying channel.

Our fire sleeve is available in vivid colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its soft, elastic nature between -65ºC to 260ºC, withstanding up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. The resilient fiberglass remains intact even if the silicone rubber is compromised at high temperatures.

These versatile products are perfect for high-temperature applications such as ironworks, smelting, maritime industries, and chemical zones. They are ideal for protecting cables, fluid conduits, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage apparatus, large constructions, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM
Available in a spectrum of colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom color options are also available to meet specific requirements.
