The fire sleeve from Ningguo Xinmao Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. is crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber, renowned for its superior quality and durability. This exceptional material undergoes a meticulous process, starting with the integration into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube through a precise and tight 8-shaped track, ensuring unparalleled uniformity and structural integrity. To enhance its resilience, the embryo tube is coated with silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a vulcanization process in a drying channel. This innovative design allows the sleeve to maintain its soft, elastic properties across a broad temperature range of -65℃ to 260℃, and withstands extreme conditions up to 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, even if the silicone rubber succumbs to high temperatures, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform effectively. These sleeves are indispensable in high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries.
