Following the weaving process, the tubular structure is expertly coated with premium silicone rubber using an advanced coating cylinder, and subsequently vulcanized in a specialized drying channel to enhance its durability.
Available in a stunning palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity in extreme temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, it withstands direct exposure to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, with the fiberglass maintaining integrity even when silicone rubber is compromised at high temperatures.
Designed for versatility, these sleeves are ideal for use in high-temperature environments such as iron smelting, marine applications, and chemical plants. They protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic machinery, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
