The intricately woven embryo tube is expertly coated with resilient silicone rubber using a high-tech coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in the advanced drying channel to enhance durability.
Our fire sleeves are available in a vibrant palette of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Remarkably flexible, they maintain their elasticity even in extreme temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber is compromised by extreme heat, the fiberglass remains effective.
Ideal for high-temperature environments, these products are perfect for use in industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemicals. They provide essential protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various requirements.
