Crafted with precision, our fire sleeve boasts a main material of premium, alkali-free glass fiber. These fibers are skillfully assembled into strands using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment, ensuring a flawless blend. The strands are then meticulously woven into a circular tubular form through a sophisticated 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniform weaving and robust structural integrity. To elevate its durability, the tubular form is coated with high-quality silicone rubber via a coating cylinder, followed by vulcanization in a drying channel. This process endows the sleeve with a remarkable ability to retain its soft elasticity from extreme temperatures of -65℃ up to 260℃. It exhibits exceptional resilience, enduring temperatures of 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, even when the silicone rubber succumbs to high heat, the underlying fiberglass remains functional. These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting facilities, maritime settings, and chemical plants. Applications extend to safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
