This meticulous process ensures a uniform weave and robust structure. The tubular form is then expertly coated with silicone rubber using advanced coating techniques and carefully vulcanized for enhanced durability through a specialized drying channel. This innovative sleeve maintains its soft and elastic properties in a wide temperature range from -65℃ to 260℃ and can withstand intense heat up to 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the fiberglass continues to perform.
