Product Description
Our fire sleeve is expertly engineered using premium, alkali-free glass fiber, combined with durable silicone rubber, ensuring top-notch fire resistance and heat insulation. The alkali-free glass fiber begins as strands, meticulously crafted by sand mixing equipment, then woven into a seamless circular tubular form. This precise 8-shaped track weaving guarantees uniform structure and exceptional strength.

The tubular base undergoes a specialized coating process with silicone rubber, followed by a vulcanization phase in the drying channel, fortifying its protective properties.

Our fire sleeves boast a range of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Remarkably, they maintain flexibility from -65ºC to 260ºC, withstanding brief exposure to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber burns, the fiberglass core remains intact.

These versatile products excel in high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting, shipbuilding, and chemical industries. Ideal for applications including cable protection, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipelines, generators, electrical voltage devices, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating diverse applications.
Available in a spectrum of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with custom colors available to suit specific needs.
