Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeve boasts a composition of premium quality alkali-free glass fiber and resilient silicone rubber. This combination guarantees exceptional fire resistance and thermal insulation. Our alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously spun into strands using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment. These strands are then skillfully woven into a circular tubular embryo tube through an intricate 8-shaped track, ensuring impeccable uniformity and robust structural integrity.

The seamless embryo tube undergoes a sophisticated coating process with silicone rubber, followed by thorough vulcanization in a specialized drying channel, enhancing its resilience and performance.

Available in four stunning colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its soft elastic property from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, it can endure temperatures of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to flames, the fiberglass continues to provide protection.

Our versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments in industries such as ironworks, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. They provide exceptional protection to cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: Available in a range from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse industrial needs.
Color Options: Choose from rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, or customize to match your specific requirements.
