Introducing our state-of-the-art Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves, crafted with precision to offer unparalleled protection. These High Temperature Protective Sleeves are engineered using silicone fiberglass materials, ensuring resilience and durability.

Product Description
At the core of our fire sleeves lies the excellence of premium alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, forming the essential structure of these protective marvels. Through our advanced sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously transformed into strands, woven into a circular tubular form using a precise 8-shaped track. This meticulous method guarantees impeccable weaving uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure receives a specialized silicone rubber coating via our state-of-the-art coating cylinder, subsequently undergoing vulcanization in the dedicated drying channel, ensuring enhanced performance.

Our fire sleeves boast a captivating array of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Remarkably, they maintain their soft, elastic properties across a temperature range from -65ºC up to 260ºC. In extreme conditions, they can withstand 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, with fiberglass maintaining its functionality even when silicone rubber combusts.

These versatile products find their applications across high-temperature domains such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Ideal for safeguarding components like cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment in large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Available Sleeve ID size: φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating diverse protection needs.
Color Options: Choose from rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with options for bespoke color customization to suit your preferences.
