Our fire sleeve is expertly crafted using the finest alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber. This combination delivers unparalleled protection against heat and fire. Using advanced sand mixing equipment, our alkali-free glass fibers are expertly formed into strands and woven into a circular tubular structure. The meticulous 8-shaped track weaving process ensures uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is meticulously coated with silicone rubber using a state-of-the-art coating cylinder and then expertly vulcanized through a drying channel, ensuring durability and resilience.

Our fire sleeves are available in an array of striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft, elastic properties in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand up to 1600ºC for short durations of 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

These versatile fire sleeves are perfect for high-temperature applications in industries such as iron and smelting, marine, and chemicals.
