Product Description
Our fire sleeves are expertly constructed from premium, high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber for ultimate durability. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously formed into strands using advanced sand mixing technology, then ingeniously woven into a seamless circular tubular form via a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is expertly coated with a resilient layer of silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder and subsequently vulcanized in a state-of-the-art drying channel, enhancing its protective properties.

Our Fire Sleeves come in a sophisticated palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand intense heat up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. The fiberglass core remains functional even if the silicone rubber is compromised by extreme heat.

Versatile applications abound for these products, suitable for high-temperature sectors such as iron and steel, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries. Perfect for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill components, generator parts, electrical voltage equipment, large-scale construction, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Our sleeves are available in an extensive range of sizes from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various needs.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with customization available to meet specific aesthetic requirements.
