Product Description
Our fire sleeve is constructed from premium-quality, alkali-free glass fiber meticulously combined with durable silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability in heat protection applications. Utilizing advanced sand mixing technology, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly formed into strands, then woven into a circular tubular shape via an innovative 8-shaped track. This process guarantees consistent weaving quality and structural integrity.

The embryo tube is expertly coated with silicone rubber using a high-precision coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing durability and resilience.

Available in four distinct colors-rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black-our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity between -65ºC and 260ºC. It can endure temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Importantly, the fiberglass remains effective even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

Ideal for high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, boat, and chemical industries, these products safeguard cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating diverse applications and requirements.
Choose from an array of colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Additional custom colors are available to perfectly match your needs.
