Product Description
Crafted from the finest materials, our fire sleeve boasts high-quality alkali-free glass fiber combined with resilient silicone rubber. This ensures superior durability and performance in the toughest conditions. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands through sand mixing equipment. These strands are intricately woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This meticulous process guarantees uniform weaving and robust structural integrity, meeting the highest industry standards.

Our innovative coating technique involves applying a layer of silicone rubber to the embryo tube via a specialized coating cylinder. This is followed by a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel, ensuring maximum adhesion and stability.

Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, it withstands temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even at extreme heat, the fiberglass core remains intact when the silicone rubber is exposed to flames.

Our versatile products are ideal for high-temperature applications in various sectors such as iron smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They are perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic machinery, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
