Product Description
Our fire sleeves are expertly manufactured using premium alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring unparalleled fire resistance and longevity. Utilizing advanced sand mixing technology, the alkali-free glass fibers are expertly organized into strands, then intricately woven into a circular tubular form. This precise 8-shaped weaving pattern guarantees uniformity and structural integrity, providing superior fire protection.

The woven tubular structure is meticulously coated with high-quality silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder. Post-coating, the sleeves undergo a precise vulcanization process in our state-of-the-art drying channel to enhance strength and durability.

Our fire sleeves are available in an array of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain flexibility and elasticity across a wide temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass retains functionality even when the silicone rubber is exposed to extreme heat.

These versatile products are perfect for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting operations, boats, and chemical industries. Ideal applications include cable protection, fluid and oil pipe insulation in rolling mills, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust systems.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various needs and applications.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom color solutions are available to meet specific aesthetic requirements.
