Once formed, the tubular base is seamlessly coated with silicone rubber using a state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in our specialized drying channel.
Available in a spectrum of colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand intense heat up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even at extreme temperatures, the fiberglass remains intact after the silicone rubber has burned.
These innovative products are perfect for high-temperature environments, such as those found in ironworks, smelting operations, maritime industries, and chemical plants. They are ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, high-voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
