Presenting our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves: expertly crafted high-temperature protective sleeves that combine the resilience of silicone with the durability of fiberglass to provide unmatched protection against extreme heat.

Product Description
The fire sleeve's primary composition includes premium alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional heat resistance and durability. Through sophisticated sand mixing equipment, alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously combined into strands. These are expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube using an intricate 8-shaped track, guaranteeing consistent weaving and a robust structure.

The tubular embryo is skillfully coated with a layer of silicone rubber through precision coating cylinders, followed by a thorough vulcanization process that occurs within a drying channel.

Our fire sleeves are available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft elasticity from temperatures as low as -65ºC up to 260ºC, and can withstand 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass continues to perform even when the silicone rubber succumbs to high heat.

Designed for extreme environments, these products are ideal for applications in industries such as iron smelting, maritime, and chemical processing. They protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Available Sleeve ID Sizes range from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various application needs.
Color Options: Choose from rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, and more. Custom colors are available to match your specific requirements.
