Product Description
Our fire sleeve boasts a high-quality construction, crafted from top-tier alkali-free glass fiber combined with resilient silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional thermal resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously formed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, woven into a circular tubular embryo tube along a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniform weaving and a robust, tight structure.

The innovative embryo tube is seamlessly coated with silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process through our state-of-the-art drying channel, enhancing durability.

Our fire sleeve is available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its soft elastic properties from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands a scorching 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber burns, the fiberglass remains intact.

Perfectly designed for high-temperature environments, these sleeves are ideal for industries like iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Applications include cable and fluid pipe protection, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with the possibility of custom colors to suit your specific needs.
