Crafted with premium-grade alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, our fire sleeves offer exceptional resistance and reliability. Our advanced production process combines alkali-free glass fiber into strands using high-tech sand mixing equipment. These strands are expertly woven into circular tubular forms with a precision 8-shaped track, ensuring consistent weave uniformity and structural integrity.

The expertly woven tubular form is meticulously coated with silicone rubber using state-of-the-art coating cylinders, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in the drying channel, ensuring optimal durability.

Available in four stunning colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft elasticity across a vast temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstand temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the fiberglass remains functional.

Our versatile products are essential for high-temperature areas across various industries, including iron, smelting, boat, and chemical sectors. Ideal for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, expansive buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
