Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeve features high-quality alkali-free glass fiber combined with advanced silicone rubber, ensuring unmatched heat resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands using cutting-edge sand mixing equipment and woven into a perfect circular tubular embryo, following a meticulous 8-shaped track that guarantees uniform weaving and structural integrity.

Our state-of-the-art coating cylinder meticulously envelops the embryo tube with high-grade silicone rubber, followed by a precise vulcanization process in our advanced drying channel.

Available in four stunning hues—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve retains its soft and elastic properties in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. It withstands up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds, with the fiberglass maintaining integrity even if the silicone succumbs to extreme heat.

Our fire sleeves are ideal for demanding environments such as iron smelting, shipbuilding, and chemical industries, effectively protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, high-voltage equipment, large constructions, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, offering versatile solutions for various applications.
Choose from an array of colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with additional custom color options available.
