Once the tubular form is complete, it is enveloped with a layer of premium silicone rubber using the coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process within the drying channel for optimal performance.
Our fire sleeve is available in four captivating colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It maintains its soft, elastic properties across a temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC and can remarkably withstand 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber burns at extreme temperatures, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform.
Versatile and robust, these products are ideal for high-temperature environments in industries such as iron processing, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. They're perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
Available in Sleeve ID sizes ranging from φ4MM to φ150MM to meet diverse application needs.
