Product Description
Crafted from superior-quality, alkali-free glass fiber and fortified with resilient silicone rubber, our fire sleeve embodies the pinnacle of thermal protection material. Using cutting-edge sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously spun into strands. These strands are then expertly woven into a seamless circular tubular form through a precise 8-shaped track mechanism, ensuring impeccable uniformity and a robust structure.

The tubular structure is expertly coated with silicone rubber using advanced coating cylinders, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in the drying channel to ensure top-notch durability and performance.

Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its supple elasticity between -65ºC and 260ºC. It can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, with fiberglass maintaining integrity even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

Ideal for use in high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors, our product protects cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator components, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, vehicle harnesses, and exhausts with unmatched efficiency.
