Product Description
Our fire protective sleeves are crafted from superior-quality, alkali-free glass fiber and silicone rubber, ensuring unmatched durability and resilience. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly woven into circular tubular forms using advanced sand mixing equipment. The precision 8-shaped track guarantees a seamless weave and robust structure, delivering exceptional uniformity and strength.

Each tubular fiber is meticulously coated with premium silicone rubber via our state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel, ensuring optimal performance.

Available in four stunning hues—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC. It withstands intense heat of up to 1600ºC for durations of 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even when the silicone rubber succumbs to high temperatures.

Ideal for environments like iron smelting, maritime, and chemical high-temperature zones, our products provide essential protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic machinery, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
