Crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber and high-grade silicone rubber, our fire sleeves are a testament to superior material selection. The meticulous process involves merging alkali-free glass fiber strands, configured using sand mixing equipment, and expertly woven into a seamless circular tubular form on a precision 8-shaped track, ensuring consistent weave density and structural integrity.

Our innovative coating process applies a robust layer of silicone rubber to the tubular structure using advanced coating cylinders, followed by a rigorous vulcanization process within a state-of-the-art drying channel.

Choose from an array of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. These sleeves maintain their flexibility and elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand intense heat exposure up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber is compromised at extreme temperatures, the resilient fiberglass core continues to perform.

Our versatile fire sleeves are indispensable for industries operating in extreme heat conditions such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Ideal applications include safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust systems.
