The tubular foundation is skillfully coated with silicone rubber through specialized coating cylinders, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in the drying channel to ensure optimal durability.
Fire sleeves are available in four vibrant colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They remain soft and elastic between -65ºC and 260ºC, and can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even at high temperatures, the fiberglass continues to function efficiently after the silicone rubber is compromised.
These versatile products are ideal for applications in high-temperature zones such as iron and smelting industries, maritime vessels, and chemical plants. Perfect for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large-scale buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
