Product Description
Crafted to perfection, the fire sleeve is composed of premium-grade alkali-free glass fiber combined seamlessly with silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional durability and performance. Our alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously formed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, and woven into a robust circular tubular embryo tube. This sophisticated 8-shaped weaving track guarantees uniformity and structural integrity.

The embryo tube undergoes a precise coating process with silicone rubber in specialized coating cylinders, followed by a thorough vulcanization in a state-of-the-art drying channel, enhancing the sleeve's resilience.

Available in a spectrum of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeves maintain their supple elasticity between -65°C and 260°C. They withstand temperatures up to 1600°C for 15 to 30 seconds, even as the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, leaving the fiberglass intact and functional.

Our versatile fireproof products are indispensable in high-temperature industries such as iron, smelting, shipbuilding, and chemicals. Ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating diverse application needs.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, and a range of customizable hues tailored to your specifications.
