Product Description
Our fire sleeve is expertly crafted using top-tier alkali-free glass fiber combined with durable silicone rubber, ensuring peak performance. Through advanced sand mixing equipment, alkali-free glass fibers are meticulously combined into strands, which are then intricately woven into a circular tubular form via a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing exceptional uniformity and robust structural integrity.

The tubular form is then meticulously coated with high-quality silicone rubber in a coating cylinder and skillfully vulcanized within a specialized drying channel.

Available in a palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeves maintain exceptional elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand a staggering 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when exposed to extreme heat, the fiberglass remains effective after the silicone rubber has been compromised.

Perfectly suited for high-temperature environments in industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Ideal for applications including cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size options range from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating a variety of needs.
Colors available include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom color options are also available to suit specific requirements.
