Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously constructed with premium alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring top-tier fire protection. Experience superior weaving with our alkali-free glass fiber strands, expertly merged by advanced sand mixing equipment. The tight 8-shaped track weaving forms a perfect circular tubular structure, ensuring unparalleled uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is expertly coated with a high-grade silicone rubber using state-of-the-art coating cylinders, followed by a precision vulcanization process in the drying channel for optimal durability.

Our Fire Sleeve boasts an array of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, maintaining its flexible elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. It withstands extreme temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds, with fiberglass resilience even when silicone burns at high temperatures.

Perfect for challenging high-temperature environments like ironworks, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Ideal for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Our Sleeve ID ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to a variety of needs.
Available in a spectrum of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with additional custom color options available.
