The woven embryo tube is seamlessly coated with high-quality silicone rubber using a sophisticated coating cylinder, followed by a comprehensive vulcanization process within the drying channel, ensuring optimal coverage and resilience.
Our fire sleeves are available in four captivating colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft, elastic properties from temperatures as low as -65ºC to as high as 260ºC, and can withstand brief exposure to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber is compromised, the fiberglass maintains its structural integrity at high temperatures.
These versatile products are perfectly suited for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting operations, maritime vessels, and chemical industries. Ideal applications include cable protection, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large-scale buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
