Our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves are a top-tier solution for high-temperature protection, crafted meticulously from premium silicone fiberglass to ensure unparalleled durability and safety.

Product Description
Engineered with high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, our fire sleeves are designed for ultimate heat resistance and protection. Utilizing state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly combined and woven into a circular tubular form through a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring exceptional uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular form is then meticulously coated with high-performance silicone rubber in our advanced coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process within our specialized drying channel.

Our fire sleeves boast a stunning palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain remarkable elasticity between -65ºC and 260ºC, and withstand temperatures up to 1600ºC for short durations, preserving fiberglass integrity even when the silicone rubber faces extreme heat.

These versatile products are indispensable for industries such as ironworks, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors, providing indispensable protection for cables, fluid pipes, generators, and more in high-temperature environments.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs with precision.
Available in a spectrum of colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom color options are also available to suit your aesthetic and functional requirements.
