Product Description
Our fire sleeve is composed of premium alkali-free glass fiber and durable silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional performance in extreme heat conditions. The alkali-free glass fibers are expertly combined into strands using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment, then masterfully woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This process guarantees both the consistency of the weave and the robustness of the structure.

The meticulously crafted embryo tube is enveloped in a silicone rubber coating via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a precision vulcanization process in the drying channel.

Our fire sleeve is available in stunning rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its soft elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC, and withstands 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even if the silicone rubber burns at high temperatures.

Ideal for use in extreme environments such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries, these sleeves protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
