Our Fire-Resistant Insulation Sleeve is meticulously engineered from premium alkali-free glass fiber combined with durable silicone rubber, ensuring superior protection for high-temperature equipment. Our alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, then intricately woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This precise weaving on a tight 8-shaped track guarantees exceptional uniformity and robust structural integrity.

The tubular embryo is seamlessly coated with high-grade silicone rubber via a precision coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process through a specialized drying channel, ensuring maximum resilience and durability.

Available in stunning rust red, gleaming silver, serene sky blue, and classic black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, and withstands intense heat of up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. The fiberglass core remains intact even when the silicone is exposed to extreme temperatures.

Ideal for high-temperature environments like ironworks, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Perfect for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large constructions, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
