Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber, paired with resilient silicone rubber, ensuring top-notch durability. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly formed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, then skillfully woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This process, following a precise 8-shaped track, guarantees uniform weaving and structural integrity.

Our innovative coating process involves overlaying the embryo tube with silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in the drying channel for enhanced resilience.

Our Fire Sleeve comes in four vibrant hues: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It showcases remarkable elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands extreme heat up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when silicon rubber reaches its limits, the fiberglass remains effective.

Ideal for high-temperature environments, these sleeves are perfect for applications in ironworks, smelting, marine and chemical industries. They are essential for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Available in a broad range of sizes from Sleeve ID φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse needs.
