Product Description
Our fire sleeves are expertly manufactured using top-tier alkali-free glass fiber seamlessly integrated with high-quality silicone rubber, delivering unmatched durability and protection. Meticulously crafted, the alkali-free glass fiber is processed through advanced sand mixing equipment, forming strands that are expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube on a precise 8-shaped track. This ensures an exceptional uniformity in weaving and a robust structural integrity.

The resulting tubular embryo is then coated with premium silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel to enhance its resilience.

Available in four striking colors – rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black – our fire sleeve maintains its flexible elasticity between temperatures of -65ºC to 260ºC. It can withstand short spurts of 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds, with fiberglass performance remaining intact even when the silicone rubber has been compromised by extreme heat.

Ideal for use in high-temperature environments across various industries such as iron production, smelting, marine, and chemicals. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil conduits, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large constructions, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
