Product Description
The main material of our fire sleeve is premium alkali-free glass fiber, complemented by durable silicone rubber. This combination ensures our product stands out in fire protection. Our alkali-free glass fibers are expertly combined into strands via advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are woven into a circular tubular embryo tube using a precise 8-shaped track method, which guarantees uniform weaving and a robust structure.

The circular embryo tube receives a silicone rubber coating through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a vital vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing its resilience.

Available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve retains its flexibility from -65ºC to 260ºC, and endures temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber burns, the fiberglass remains effective at high temperatures.

These versatile products are indispensable in high-temperature areas such as ironworks, smelting facilities, shipyards, and chemical plants. They protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various applications with precision.
Our sleeves come in a variety of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Customization options are available to meet specific needs.
