Presenting our state-of-the-art Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves, a paragon of high-temperature protection, expertly crafted with premium silicone fiberglass.

Product Description
Crafted from superior, alkali-free glass fiber and enhanced with robust silicone rubber, our fire sleeve is engineered for excellence in extreme conditions. Meticulously combined through advanced sand-mixing equipment, alkali-free glass fiber strands are woven into a circular tubular structure using a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring uniform, tightly-knit formation.

Following weaving, the tubular form is expertly coated with silicone rubber using a precision coating cylinder, then perfectly vulcanized within our state-of-the-art drying channel.

Available in rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its resilient elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, enduring up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass core remains effective even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

Ideally suited for high-temperature environments, these products are indispensable in industries such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Applications include cable protection, fluid piping, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage systems, large constructions, hydraulic equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size range: φ4MM-φ150MM, offering versatility for diverse applications.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with possibilities for customized shades to meet specific needs.
