This superior material is meticulously combined into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube via a precision-engineered tight 8-shaped track, ensuring an impeccably uniform weave and robust structural integrity. To enhance its resilience, the embryo tube is enveloped in a durable silicone rubber coating, applied through a state-of-the-art coating cylinder, and carefully vulcanized within a specialized drying channel. This innovative process grants the sleeve remarkable flexibility and elasticity, maintaining its performance across a wide temperature range from -65℃ to 260℃. Furthermore, it can withstand extreme temperatures of 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber succumbs to high heat, the fiberglass remains steadfast, continuing to perform. These versatile products are indispensable across demanding environments such as ironworks, smelting facilities, maritime and chemical high-temperature zones.
