Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously crafted using top-grade alkali-free glass fiber and premium silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional durability and performance. Through advanced sand mixing technology, the alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously formed into strands, then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube along a precise 8-shaped track. This process ensures uniform weaving and a robust structural integrity.

The meticulous coating of the embryo tube with silicone rubber is followed by a precision vulcanization process within our state-of-the-art drying channel.

Available in a spectrum of colors-rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black-our fire sleeves maintain their soft, elastic properties between -65ºC and 260ºC and withstand temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass core remains functional even when the silicone rubber reaches its thermal limit.

Our versatile products are indispensable in high-temperature environments across industries, including iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Ideal applications include cable protection, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large construction projects, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Versatile Sleeve ID sizes range from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating diverse needs and applications.
Available in a palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with additional customizable color options to match your specific requirements.
