This expertly crafted tubular form is seamlessly coated with silicone rubber through an advanced coating cylinder, then meticulously vulcanized in a sophisticated drying channel for maximum durability.
Our fire sleeve comes in four captivating colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It maintains its soft elasticity even in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, it withstands temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when silicone rubber burns at these extreme temperatures, the resilient fiberglass continutes to perform.
These versatile products are ideally suited for high-temperature industries, including iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
Available Sleeve ID sizes: from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to a wide range of applications.
