The finely woven embryo tube is skillfully coated with silicone rubber via a coating cylinder and undergoes vulcanization in a specialized drying channel to enhance performance.
Available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft, elastic properties from temperatures as low as -65ºC to as high as 260ºC. Remarkably, it withstands temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, maintaining fiberglass integrity even when silicone rubber is exposed to extreme heat.
These versatile products are indispensable in high-temperature environments across various industries including ironworks, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors.
