Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeves use top-tier, high-quality alkali-free glass fiber paired with resilient silicone rubber to ensure superior insulation and fire resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly combined into robust strands via advanced sand mixing technology. It is then meticulously woven into a circular tubular form using an intricate tight 8-shaped track, guaranteeing impeccable weaving uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular form is seamlessly coated with high-grade silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

Our fire sleeves are available in a stunning array of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their flexibility and elasticity in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. Additionally, they can withstand extreme temperatures of 1600ºC for a duration of 15 to 30 seconds, with the fiberglass remaining functional even when the silicone rubber is compromised at high temperatures.

These versatile products find their use across various high-temperature domains such as iron, smelting industries, maritime applications, and chemical sectors. They are ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Available in an extensive range of sizes: Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with the flexibility to customize other colors to meet specific needs.
