Once the embryo tube is formed, it is expertly coated with silicone rubber using a high-precision coating cylinder. This is followed by a stringent vulcanization process within a specialized drying channel, ensuring exceptional durability and flexibility.
Our fire sleeves are available in an array of vibrant colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They retain their soft, elastic properties in a temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC, and can endure temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, even at these high temperatures, the fiberglass maintains its structural integrity, offering continual protection.
These versatile products are engineered for optimal performance in high-temperature areas such as ironworks, smelting facilities, boats, and chemical plants.
