Introducing our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves that are engineered to withstand the most demanding high-temperature environments. These silicone fiberglass sleeves are designed to offer unparalleled protection and durability.

Product Description
Crafted from premium-grade materials, our fire sleeve is composed of high-quality, alkali-free glass fiber and coated with sturdy silicone rubber, ensuring both resilience and superior heat resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber strands are expertly formed by our state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment. They are woven into a uniform circular tubular embryo tube using a precise, tight 8-shaped track, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and uniformity.

After weaving, the embryo tube is meticulously coated with silicone rubber using advanced coating technology, and subsequently vulcanized in our specialized drying channel for enhanced performance.

Our fire sleeves come in a variety of striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their flexible elasticity across a temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand intense heat up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even when the silicone rubber is burnt under extreme heat.

These versatile products are perfect for high-temperature environments, including applications in iron and steel smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They provide optimal protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Our sleeves are available in a range of sizes, with Inner Diameters spanning φ4MM to φ150MM to suit various applications.
