Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously crafted using premium-quality alkali-free glass fiber intricately combined with silicone rubber. This combination ensures exceptional performance in high-temperature environments. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands via advanced sand mixing equipment, then woven into a circular tubular form using a precise 8-shaped track. This process guarantees weaving uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is enhanced with a silicone rubber coating applied through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a vulcanization process in the drying channel to reinforce resilience.

Our fire sleeve is available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It maintains its soft, elastic nature from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone burns, the fiberglass remains functional.

Perfect for demanding environments like iron smelting, shipbuilding, and the chemical industry, these sleeves protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to various application needs.
Available in colors like rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom color options can also be arranged to meet your aesthetic and functional requirements.
