Product Description
Our fire sleeves are meticulously crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber and resilient silicone rubber, ensuring unparalleled durability and resistance. Utilizing advanced sand mixing technology, our alkali-free glass fiber is formed into robust strands, then expertly woven into a circular tubular structure. This precision weaving guarantees uniformity and a tightly-knit structure, ensuring optimal performance.

The expertly woven tubular form is enhanced with a silicone rubber coating via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by thorough vulcanization in the drying channel for maximum resilience.

Available in a vibrant spectrum of colors—rust red, shimmering silver, serene sky blue, and classic black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft, elastic properties from -65ºC to 260ºC. They withstand extreme temperatures of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, with fiberglass maintaining integrity even when silicone rubber is compromised.

Our versatile fireproof sleeves are ideal for various high-temperature environments, including ironwork, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. They protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator systems, high-voltage electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive wiring, and exhaust systems.
